Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Sliversunn Walk-In Tubs wants sliversunn.skin to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This page shares how we approach that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are common rules for making websites easier to use.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Lay out pages so they read well on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@sliversunn.skin and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site is hard to use. Email contact@sliversunn.skin and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, your device, and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
